摘要
本文设计并实现了一种新的扫描探针显微镜的开放式控制系统。该控制系统设计了灵活开放的总线接口,并对电路模块进行了优化,采取了一系列抗干扰措施,从而使之具备了接口开放、稳定性高等优点,特别适合于个性化的科学研究。本文所采用的开放式设计思想及总线接口的具体实现,对SPM的结构改进及商品化有一定的参考价值。
A new open control system for scanning probe microscope (SPM) was designed and implemented. Based on the structure of commercial SPM, a flexible and open bus interface was designed. The circuit modules were optimized and a series of anti-interference measures was adopted, so that open interface and high stable control system were realized. Variable needs of different researchers can be satisfied by this new SPM. The design idea of open control system and its implementation method are helpful for improving the structure of SPM and its commercialization.
