摘要
系统研究了机器人装配工作站的理论建模问题,解决了匹配服务系统性能分析与求解,使FAS(FlexibleAssemblySystem)的性能与机器人周边设备性能之间建立了定量关系,为FAS优化设计和合理决策提供了理论依据.
n this paper,a detailed study of the theoretical modelling of robotic assembly workstation is presented.The analysis and solution of the performances of the matched queueing system are made.Especially the quantitative relation between the performances of the workstation and the FAS are established. This relation forms the theoretical basis of the optimization design and decision-making of the FAS.
