摘要
提出了将有限元法引到条干不均匀测试中电容传感器的研究.应用有限元法对电容传感器输出特性、填充因素的选取原则,减小非线性影响和测量的条件都作了相应的计算和分析,并对电容传感器做了实验验证.证明应用有限元法比解析法分析提供的电容传感器设计参数能使检测装置具有更高的稳定性和精确度.
This paper describes the capacitance transducer used in the yarn irregularity measuring system by the finite element method. By using this method, the output character of the capacitance transducer, fundamental method of the stuffing proporting, the way to reduce nonlinearity errors and the measuring condition are analyzed and calculated in detail. According to the result of experiments with capacitance transducers it is proved that the finite element method has a high stability and accuracy than the analytical method in the yarn irregularity measuring system in the capacitance transducer study.
