摘要
采用盆栽试验,利用猪粪、菜籽饼和无机肥的不同配施,研究了施肥对丹参的生长及水溶性成分丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的影响。试验设2个营养水平:Ⅰ.每盆含N 1.25 g、P 0.99 g、K 1.46 g,Ⅱ.每盆含N 2.50 g、P 1.98 g、K2.92 g。结果表明:施用1/2猪粪Ⅰ+1/2无机肥Ⅰ混合肥料(每盆含N 1.25 g、P 0.99 g、K 1.46 g)的丹参,其丹参素和原儿茶醛含量最高;施用1/2菜籽饼Ⅰ+1/2无机肥Ⅰ混合肥料(每盆含N 1.25 g、P 0.99 g、K 1.46 g)的丹参,其根干质量最大,单株丹参素和原儿茶醛总量最高。表明,N、P、K用量分别为每盆1.25 g、0.99 g和1.46 g且有机与无机肥配施有利于丹参素和原儿茶醛的积累。
To study the effect of fertilization on growth and contents of salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde of Salvia miltiorrhiza, pig manure, rape cake and inorganic fertilizers were used in the pot experiment. Two nutrient levels were designed and the amount of N, P and K in each pot was 1.25, 0.99, 1.46 g and 2.50, 1.98, 2.92 g. The results showed that contents of salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde of Salvia miltiorrhiza supplied with mix of pig manure and inorganic fertilizer (N 1.25 g, P 0.99 g, K 1.46 g) were the highest. Dry weight of roots and total amount of salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde of Salvia miltiorrhiza supplied with mix of rape cake and inorganic fertilizer (N 1.25 g, P 0.99 g, K 1.46 g) were the highest. N 1.25 g, P 0.99 g, K 1.46 g in each pot and combined use of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer were better for accumulation of salvianic acid A and protocatechuic aldehyde of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
