敌草快中三联吡啶的气质联用定量分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 用气相色谱-质谱联用技术中的选择离子质谱法对敌草快中有害杂质2,2':6,2"-三联吡啶的定量分析进行了研究。试验选用HP-5H5毛细管色谱柱,电离方式为ESI。结果表明:该方法对2,2':6,2"-三联吡啶的最低检测限为0.005mg·kg^-1,线性范围为0.05~2.0mg·kg^-1,方法的标准偏差0.0172,变异系数为0.253%,平均回收率为98.97%。 The deleterious impurity 2,2':6,2"-terpyridine in Diquat was quantified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). HP-5H5 chromatography column was used, along with electrospray ionization (ESI). The results showed as follow: the limit detection (LOD) was 0.005 mg·kg^-1, the linear plots were between 0.05-2.0 mg·kg^-1, the relative standard deviation was 0.017 2, the coefficient of variation was 0.253% and the average recovery was 98.97%.
