摘要
研究了Pd/C催化剂的制备条件对Pd的分散度、晶粒大小及催化活性的影响。结果显示,离子交换法所用的交换液浓度、pH值、焙烧温度对表面性质及催化活性均有不同的影响。采用H2-O2滴定、扫描电镜(SEM)和俄歇电子能谱等手段进行了表征。并对Pd/C催化剂在气相苯加氢反应中“结构敏感”与否的问题进行了讨论。
Preparation factors of Pd/C catalysts and how these factors affect on the activity, dispersion and the size of surface palladium particles were studied. Experiment results showed that the solution concentration, pH value and temperature affected surface characteristic and activity of catalyst. All of these catalysts had been carefully characterized by H2-O2 titration, SEM, AES and etc. The problem about 'structure sensitivity' of Pd/C catalysts applied in gas-phase benzene hydrogenation reaction was discussed.
