昆明牛同盘科吸虫及一新种记述

AMPHISTOMES OF CATTLE FROM KUNMING WITH A DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES

对云南省昆明市约４０头水牛和黄牛瘤胃内的同盘科吸虫进行了分类鉴定，确定为２亚科６属２０种，其中１种为新种，定名为华云殖盘吸虫新种Ｃｈｔｙｌｏｐｈｏｒｏｎｈｕａｙｕｎｉｓｐ．，ｎｏｖ，另７种为云南省新记录。

Species of trematodes of Paramphistomidae belonging to 2 subfamilies and 6 genera were collected from Bubalis bubalis (Linnaeus) and Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin in Kunming city of Yunnan province of China. Among them one species is new to Science and seven are new records of Yunnan province. The new species is briefly characterized as follows:Cotylophoron huayuni sp. nov. (Fig: 1～4)Body cone-like, 11. 2 ～ 15. 0(12. 6) in length and 4. 5 ～ 6. 0(5. 1 ) in breadth, Oral sucker (pharynx) subtremina, 1. 00 ～ 1. 24 (1. 09) in length and 1. 00 ～ 1. 32 (1. 13 ) in breadth, its length in relation to the length of body 1: 11. 5, is of Paramphistomum type. oesophagus 0. 68～0. 82 in length, without muscular bulb, caeca with 8～ 10 coiled, extend up to middle Portion of acetabulutn. Acetabulum 2. 31 ～ 2. 76 (2. 48) in length and 2. 45 ～ 3. 03 (2. 68 ) in breadth, its length in relation to body 1: 5, is of Cotylophoron type: Testes deeply lobed, tandem, anterior testis 1. 24～2. 76(1. 95) ×1. 72 ～2. 81(2. 30), posterior one 2. 07～2. 76 (2. 47) ×2. 34 ～ 3. 58 (2. 91 ). Oval oval, 0. 89 ～ 1. 06, preacetabular, median, Laurer's canal crossing the excretory vesicle. Genital atrium with a strong genital sucker, is of Cotylophoron type. vitellaria extend from the level of middle Portion of oesophagus to the end of caeca. Eggs 0. 133 ～ 0. 151 (0. 144)×0. 061～0. 079(0. 072). Host: Bos taurus domestious Gmelin.Habitat: Rumen.Locality: Kunming(25°06′N, 102°71′E).
