摘要
通过对活塞环珩磨缸套表面处理工艺方法和工艺参数的研究,探索出较佳的表面强化工艺,使缸套工作面具有表面硬度≥HV800,有效硬化层深度≥0.25mm,从而使珩磨缸套使用寿命提高到现有珩磨缸使用寿命的2倍。
Based on the technical method and technical parameter of surface streating in grinding cylinder packing of piston ring, a satisfactory surface handling technology was explored. By this treatment, the working face of grinding cylinder packing had surface hardness ≥800, effective depth of hardening ≥0. 25 mm. Service life was twice as much as that of former cylinder packing.
