摘要
龙滩水电站大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,大坝混凝土总量约736万m3,其中碾压混凝土约480万m3。因工程混凝土总量大,浇筑高峰时间长(约10个月),浇筑强度高(最高年浇筑强度为340万m3混凝土)的特点,与大坝混凝土浇筑相关的人工砂石料系统、混凝土生产系统、混凝土垂直和水平运输系统的规模和生产能力都居在建水电工程的前列。为保证上述系统的稳定生产,龙滩水电开发有限公司采购了一批具有世界先进水平的设备与之配套。文章对龙滩水电工程施工设备管理模式、管理方法、管理制度、现场监理、岗位培训、设备安全检查等进行了论述。其经验对今后大型水电站的建设有一定的借鉴作用。
The dam for Longtan Hydropower Project is a RCC gravity dam. The total amount of concrete used for the dam is 7,360,000m^3, among which there is 4,800,000m^3 of RCC. Given the characteristics of large work load, long peak hours of pouring work (about ten months), and high intensity of pouring work (the maximum annual pouring intensity is 3,400,000m^3 ), the scales and productivities of artificial aggregate processing system, concrete production system, as well as vertical and horizontal concrete conveyance system related to dam pouring take the lead in a number of hydropower projects under construction. In order to ensure the stable production of aforementioned systems, Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd purchases a number of internationally advanced equipments configured with these systems. This paper addresses in detail such topics as the mode, method and system of management, site supervision, post training, and safety inspection of equipment, whose experiences may be referred to for large-scale hydropower station construction in the future.
