龙滩水电站长距离带式输送机的特点及运行

Characteristics and Operation of Long-distance Belt Conveyer at Longtan Hydropower Station

龙滩水电站的长距离带式输送机是我国水电系统第一条输送量最大(3 000 t/h)、单机长度最长的带式输送机(3 945.419 m)。该条带式输送机承担从大法坪砂石系统到右岸拌和系统约1 408万t砂石料的运输任务,是龙滩水电站大坝混凝土浇筑的生命线,其运行的可靠性非常重要。文章介绍了长距离带式输送机的结构组成和基本参数、输送机的特点和运行中出现的问题及解决办法等。该机自投入运行以来,运行情况良好,至今已输送砂石料832万t,为龙滩大坝的高强度混凝土施工作出了重大贡献。说明该机输送砂石料是成功的,其经验可为今后我国水电系统应用长距离带式输送机,有借鉴作用。

The long-distance belt conveyer at Longtan Hydropower Station is the first conveyer with the biggest delivery capacity （3000t/h） and the longest delivery distance （3945. 419m） in China. The belt conveyer delivers aggregate of about 14.08 million tons from Dafaping aggregate processing system to the mixing system on the right bank. As the life-line for concrete pouring of the dam at Longtan Hydrotpower Station, the conveyer shall be highly reliable in operation. Therefore, the reliability of the belt conveyer is very critical to the Longtan project. This paper concerns the structure, basic data, and characteristics of the long-distance belt conveyer as well as problems occurred in operation and corresponding solutions. The conveyer has been working well ever since it was put into operation, and has contributed a lot to the intense concrete engineering of the dam, whose successful experience may be referred to for the future application of such long-distance belt conveyer to China＇ s hydropower system.
