摘要
本文报道了复力霉素的薄层扫描定量方法的建立及测定结果．发现该法测定复力霉素两个主要成分的变导系数（ＣＶ％）分别为１．６和１．９，加样回收率分别为９８．２７％和１０１．０％，含量分别为７９．６７％和１９．０４％．
This article dealt with the setting up and the result of the TLC determination of Fulimycin. It was found that the cv% of the two main composition was. 1.6 and 1.9, the recovery rates wrer 98.27% and 101.0%, the amaunts in percentage were 79.67% and 19.04%.
