口腔鳞癌中S100A4蛋白和E-cad的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(oralsquamouscellcarcinoma,OSCC)中S100A4蛋白和上皮钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测61例OSCC组织中S100A4、E-cad表达情况,分析二者的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果S100A4蛋白的表达与组织学分级无关(P>0·05),与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0·05);E-cad的表达与组织学分级呈正相关(P<0·05),与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0·05);S100A4蛋白和E-cad的表达呈负相关(P<0·05)。结论E-cad对OSCC的分化起重要作用;E-cad、S100A4蛋白和OSCC的侵袭和转移密切相关;S100A4蛋白和E-cad的表达与口腔鳞癌的进展密切相关,是判断口腔鳞癌生物学行为、预测转移趋势的有价值的指标。 Purpose To discuss the expression of S100A4 and E-cad in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and their significance. Methods Expression of S100A4 and E-cad was detected by using immunohistochemical SP method in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Correlation between the expression and elinicopathological features was analyzed. Results Expression of S100A4 bad positive correlation with lymph node metastasis (P 〈0. 05 ), and no correlation with histological grade( P 〉0. 05 ). Expression of E-cad had positive correlation with histological grade and negative correlation with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). Inverse relationship between S100A4 and E-cad expression was observed in oral squamous cell carcinoma( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions E-cad plays an important role in differentiation of OSCC. E-cad and S100A4 is closely related to invasion and metastasis of OSCC. Expression of S100A4 and E-cadherin is significantly associated with tumor progression in oral squamous cell carcinoma, which are valuable markers in predicting biological behavior and trend of metastasis in OSCC.
