摘要
本交通过对水稻种子、米粒及谷壳浸泡液的分析，研究了外渗离子与种子发芽率的关系．得出的结论是：水稻种子与其它大多数种子一样，外渗离子的变化可反映细胞膜的完整性，而膜系统的完整性则可衡量种子活力的状况。且改谷位浸泡为米粒浸泡结果更为可靠。
In this paper,We get the relation between the outflow ion and rafe of sprouting of riceseed by research. The resut is:the changes of outnow ion in concentration te flect the comple-tion of cell membrane like other seeds. It is better that soaking the shelled seed of grain thanthe grain in practice.
