胶囊内镜诊断小肠血管发育不良40例 被引量：4

摘要 在不明原因小肠出血中，小肠血管发育不良较为多见，但其在过去常规X线和同镜检查中难心发现，应用血管造影术、核素扫描、小肠镜后，其诊断率才得到了一定提高。南京市鼓楼医院于2003年2月应用GIVEN公司产的M2A胶囊内镜，在30个月内对86例小肠出血患者实施胶囊内镜检查，共检出小肠血管发育不良40例。
