胃镜直视联合X线胃十二指肠支架置放术 被引量：8

摘要 胃十二指肠梗阻是胃、十二指肠、胰腺、胆胰壶腹等部位恶性肿瘤晚期的常见并发症之一，常造成患者严重营养不良，严重影响生活质量。传统的外科手术往往由于患者病情严重不能耐受或出现严重的术后并发症而受限。胃十二指肠支架放置术是治疗胃十二指肠梗阻的有效措施，而且恢复排空快、并发症少、费用低，可以明显改善患者生活质量心。目前文献报告较多由放射介入科医师在单纯X线导引下行支架置放术，而采用胃镜直视联合X线放置胃十二指肠支架，文献报告相对较少，
