摘要
目的探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析1992年12月至2005年12月我科收治的7例中枢神经细胞瘤病人的临床资料。结果本组7例中枢神经细胞瘤中,4例位于左侧脑室,2例位于右侧脑室,1例位于胼胝体;5例全切,1例次全切,1例部分切除,术后辅以放疗。随访无复发。结论中枢神经细胞瘤手术后辅以放疗可获得良好的预后。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of central neurocytoma. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with central neurocytomas, who underwent surgery in our department from 1992 to 2005, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 7 cases of central neurocytomas, 4 were in the left lateral ventricle, 2 in the right lateral ventricle, 1 in the corpus callosum. The neurocytomas were totally removed in 5 patients, subtotally in 1 and partly in 1. All the patients received radiotherapy after the surgery. The tumors did not recurrence in 7 patients. Conclusion The prognosis is good in the patients with the central neurocytoma treated by the microsurgery and postoperative radiotherapy.
