应用非吸收齿状线行无乳晕切口的乳房松垂矫治固定术

目的:探讨应用单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线进行无乳晕切口的乳房松垂矫治固定术。方法:对近两年28例的单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线进行无乳晕切口的乳房松垂矫治固定术中的应用进行总结与分析。结果:应用单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线行无乳晕切口的乳房松垂矫治固定术后,乳房松垂美容整形术的瘢痕并发症明显减少,效果加强,乳晕无瘢痕。结论:单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线进行无乳晕切口的乳房松垂矫治固定术中应用得当,可减少并发症、取得良好的预期效果。

Objective To seek an effective surgical operation method to treat the breast descensus by monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread without eola incision. Methods To research and analysis the 28 cases by monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread without eola incision in recent 2 years. Results When we used monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread in mastopexy plastic and aesthetic surgery, the scar complication reduced and good effects achieved. There is no incision on eola. Conclusion If we use the monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread mastopexy in plastic and aesthetic surgery correctly, the excellent results will be appeared.
