Use of 1320 nm Nd:YAG laser for the treatment of wrinkle reduction in face and neck

目的:观察1320nmNd:YAG激光治疗面颈部皱纹临床效果。方法:采用1320nmNd:YAG激光对面颈部皱纹进行治疗,每5￣6次为一个疗程,治疗间隔时间3￣4周,随后建议每6￣12个月维持治疗1次,患者和医生共同对疗效进行评价。结果:65例患者,其中满意55例,满意率84.6%,有效率100%。结论:1320nmNd:YAG激光治疗面颈部皱纹安全、疗效肯定,效果满意,尤其适合于静态性皱纹的治疗。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of 1320 nm Nd.-YAG laser in wrinkle reduction of face and neck in Asians. Methods 65 patients were included in the study：all patients received treatment for five to six treatment sessions,alternation were three to four weeks, and the degree of improvement was objectively assessed by the use of clinical photographs by the patients and the doctors. Results Of 65 cases, 55cases were satisfactory with the treatment, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion the 1320 nm Nd：YAG laser is a kind of non-albative skin rejuvenation lasers,and has been proven to be effective and safe for wrinkle reduction in face and neck.
