人味蕾的味孔、味凹的超微结构观察 被引量:1

Ultrastructure of the taste pores and taste pits of human taste buds

摘要 目的观察成人舌味蕾的味孔、味凹的三维超微结构。方法未受病变累及的成人轮廓乳头3例,每例标本一分为二,在扫描电镜下行连续超薄切片、染色后,在透射电镜下观察轮廓乳头处味蕾。结果味孔孔径约1.02~7.36μm,孔内味毛、致密物少见,味凹呈三角形。结论舌轮廓乳头处多数味孔内无味毛和致密物。味孔形态与数量与味觉功能密切相关。 Objective To observe the ultrastructural features of taste pores and taste pits of human taste buds. Methods Three samplers obtainded randomly from adults were divided into two perts, and transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the fine structure of taste buds in human circumvallate papillae. Results The longer diameter of the taste peres was 1.02-7. 36μm, and most of taste pores contained no taste hair and dense material, and the profile of taste pit was trianglar. Conclusions Taste hair and dense material were seldom observed in most of taste pores.
