摘要
介绍了高速线材的轧制节奏控制工艺,分析了高速线材现有轧制节奏控制方法以及存在的问题;在此基础上提出了轧制控制模型的改进方法;详细介绍了轧制速度计算模型的设计方法,并建立保温辊道闭环控制模型;对保温辊道减速控制过程进行了仿真分析,设计了速度与时间计算公式,修正了减速控制模型。新的控制模型在现场投入应用后,效果良好,提高了控制精度,减少了线材的出钢时间。
The rolling pace control process for high speed wire rod is introduced. The existing rolling pace control methods and problems about high speed wire red are analyzed. On the basis of this, methods for improving rolling control models have been proposed. The design method for the rolling speed calculation model has been detailed, and a closed loop control model for heat - insulating rolling table has been established. And then a rolling table deceleration control emulation analysis has been made. After that the calculation formulas for speed and time were redesigned and a deceleration control model were modified. Since the new control model has been put into use in the work field, its effect has been improved a lot, its control accuracy raised, and tapping time for wire rod reduced.
