摘要
介绍宝钢分公司炼钢厂电炉分厂两条工艺路径的特点,一条是EAF+LF+CCM,主要满足钢水的脱氧和脱硫要求;另一条是EAF+LF+VD+CCM,主要满足钢水的脱氧、脱硫、脱氢和脱氮要求。VD的功能主要是通过真空技术,去除钢水中的气体含量。通过两种精炼工艺的对比试验,分析了冷镦钢线材性能时效差异的原因,认为钢中含氢量是重要因素,但随着时间的延长不会对冷镦钢线材性能造成不良后果,并提出产线工艺路径优化的设想。
A brief account of features of two processing routes in EAF Branch, Baosteel Steelmaking Plant is given: One is EAF + LF + CCM for deoxidization and desulphurization of molten steel ; the other is EAF + LF + VD + CCM for deoxidization, desulphurization ; dehydrogenation and denitrogenation of molten steel. It is the VD furnace' s function to remove gases from molten steel using the vacuum techonoly. Through contrast tests of the two refining technologies ,the cause of ageing effect difference of cold heading steel wire rods has been analyzed. The result show that hydrogen content in steel is important, but can not produce bad effect on properties of cold heading steel wire rods as time goes by. Some reasonable suggestions on optimizing the production line are offered.
