摘要 宝钢股份公司特殊钢分公司于2003年底新投产了一条具有当今世界先进水平、专业化的不锈钢长型材生产线,在该线上先后开发出近百余个牌号的不锈钢线材产品。通过对易切削不锈钢303Cu和超低碳不锈钢302HQ的生产工艺开发的论述,可得知通过加热制度的调整可以有效控制MnS在303Cu钢中的形态,从而解决轧制过程中头部开裂的问题;控制302HQ钢的轧制温度,优化生产线相关配件,可以解决轧制过程中引起的表面擦伤问题。 A new specialized production line manufacturing long products of stainless steel was put into production in late 2003. By means of this line, about 100 brands of stainless steel wire rod products were developed. The development of techniques for free cutting stainless steel 303Cu and extra-low carbon stainless steel 302HQ was focused in this paper. Some conclusions were arrived at that through adjusting the heating system, the form of MnS in 303Cu steel could be controlled for the purpose of tackling the problem of dehiscence in the head in the rolling process, through controlling the rolling temperature for 302HQ and optimizing the related fittings of equipment, the scrape problem on the surface of products in the rolling process can be solved.
