摘要
目的观察年龄相关性黄斑变性中心暗点与阅读速度的关系。方法通过对46例46眼年龄相关性黄斑变性病人的阅读速度及的黄斑阈值检查,比较两者的相关性。结果46例年龄相关性黄斑变性病人的阅读速度平均183±60字/分,阅读速度与中心暗点的浓度具有相关性。结论年龄相关性黄斑变性的阅读速度下降,阅读速度与病人中心暗点的浓度有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between reading speed and center scotoma in age - related macular degeneration. Methods 46 eyes of 46 age - related macular degeneration patients underwent reading speed and center threshold examination, and the relationship was analysed. Results The mean reading speed was 183 ± 60words/rain, and had significant relationship with the deepness of the center scotoma. Conclusions The reading speed in age - related macular degeneration patient was decreased, and it related to the deepness of the center scotoma.
