摘要
目的:探讨皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)发生发展过程中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)对微血管生成的意义.方法:SCC45例,Bowen病19例、正常皮肤10例进行CD34,MMP-9免疫组化染色.检测MMP-9的表达和微血管密度(MVD)的变化,分析MMP-9的表达与MVD之间,及它们与SCC临床病理特征之间的关系.结果:在SCC组中MMP-9表达高于Bowen病组(P<0.05),Bowen病组中MMP-9表达高于正常皮肤组(P=0.028,P<0.05).在SCC组中MVD值高于Bowen病组(P<0.05),Bowen病组中MVD值高于正常皮肤组(P<0.05).结论:MMP-9可能是SCC促进微血管生成因子之一,与SCC的侵袭性相关.
AIM: To detect the role and the significance of MMP-9 in microangiogenesis in skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and to observe the relation between the expression of MMP-9 and microvessel density (MVD) in SCC. METHODS: Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to examine MMP-9 expression and the change of MVD under light microscope in 45 cases of SCC, 19 cases of Bowen disease, and 10 cases of normal skin. RESULTS: The expression of MMP-9 in SCC group was significantly higher than that in Bowen disease group( P 〈 0.05 ), while the latter was also significantly higher than that in normal skin group ( P = 0. 028, P 〈 0.05 ). The level of MVD in SCC group was significantly higher than that in Bowen disease group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the latter was significantly higher than that in normal skin group (P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: MMP-9 is highly expressed in SCC, and may be one of important factors in angiogenesis of SCC.
