神经颗粒素——神经突触形成与重塑的物质基础

摘要 神经颗粒素(Ng)是一种含78个氨基酸的神经特异性蛋白质,是蛋白激酶-C(PKC)的突触后作用底物及Ca2+敏感性的钙调蛋白(CaM)结合蛋白。在分子水平,Ng与神经发育、树突再生、突触重建密切相关,被认为是神经元发育和再生的一个内在决定因子。目前,有关Ng在神经系统中的作用正逐渐被认识和重视,Ng在中枢神经系统疾病发生过程中作用的研究具有重要的现实意义。
