年龄依赖性癫痫性脑病治疗进展
摘要
年龄依赖性癫痫性脑病(ADEE)包括大田原综合征(OS)、婴儿痉挛症(WS)、Lennox-Gastaut综合征(LGS),治疗困难,预后不良,传统抗癫痫药物疗效均不理想。近年来随着新型抗癫痫药物应用临床及手术等治疗方法的开展,ADEE的治疗已取得长足进展。本文介绍了近年来其治疗方面的进展。
