树突状细胞在多发性硬化发病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是专职抗原提呈细胞,具有启动免疫应答,调节T细胞反应的功能。在多发性硬化免疫病理反应过程中,脑脊液内DC具有摄取髓鞘抗原迁移至外周,激活外周初始型T细胞作用;而脑实质内DC可激活T细胞产生持续性损伤。同时,不成熟DC、某些亚型DC和经不同处理DC参与诱导多发性硬化的免疫耐受。因此,DC在多发性硬化发病中发挥重要作用。
