Influence of Forming Pressure on Smart Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Sulphoaluminate Cement Composites

摘要 采用压制成型方法,制备了碳纤维硫铝酸盐水泥基复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced sulphoaluminate cement composites,简称CFSC),研究了成型压力对CFSC压阻效应和温阻效应的影响.结果表明:成型压力为7,10MPa时,CFSC的压阻性能较好,压应力与CFSC的电阻率之间呈现一一对应关系;碳纤维掺量相同时,成型压力越大,CFSC的电阻率越小;测量频率越大,CFSC的电阻率越小,这与CFSC的极化有关;成型压力对CFSC的温度-电阻率曲线的变化规律没有影响;压制成型CFSC的温度-电导率曲线1(1/T-1nσ曲线)在-40~85℃内近似呈线性关系,可以应用此特性来测量周围的环境温度. Carbon fiber reinforced sulphoaluminate cement composites(CFSC) was fabricated by press moulding; the influence of forming pressure on smart properties of CFSC was studied. The results indicate CFSC has good piezo-resistivity effect, the fractional change in resistivity of CFSC is corresponding to the load change when the CFSC is fabricated under the stress of 7,10 MPa; when the carbon fiber content is 0.5 %, with the forming pressure rising the resistivity value becomes smaller; when the measure frequency becomes higher, the resistivity measured decreases, and this is related to the polarization effect; the forming pressure is not related to the curve of temperature and the resistivity of CFSC; the natural logarithm of the CFSC conductance is linear with the reciprocal value of absolute temperature between minus 40 ℃ and 85 ℃, this characteristic could be used to measure surrounding temperature.
