温度对铬砖耐玻璃液侵蚀性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用广东石井特种耐火材料厂生产的铬砖(w(Cr2O3)>94%)和洛阳浮法玻璃有限公司生产的浮法玻璃作为试验材料,使用X射线荧光分析、扫描电子显微镜分析了侵蚀铬砖后玻璃液中Cr2O3的含量和铬砖表层显微结构,研究了侵蚀速率与侵蚀温度、侵蚀时间的相互关系.实验结果表明:玻璃液对铬砖的侵蚀速率随侵蚀温度的升高而增大,随侵蚀时间的延长逐渐趋于稳定,侵蚀速率的数量级为10-4g/(cm2.h). Float glass made by Luoyang Float Glass Limited Company and chrome oxide bricks (w(Cr2O3)〉94%) made by Guang Dong Shijing Special Refractory Materials Works were adopted as test materials. The relations between rate of eroding and temperature, rate of eroding and test time were studied based on the analysis of content changes of Cr2O3 in glass after erosion test and the change of the microstructure of chrome oxide bricks by means of energy-dispersion X-ray fluorescence and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the eroding rate of chrome oxide bricks by glass melt increases with rising temperature, and approches to constant with test time. The order of rate of erosion is 10^-4g/(cm^2 · h).
