摘要
分别采用中石油独山子石化分公司炼油厂和乙烯厂生产的7种可用于石油焦生产的重质原料,经过合理调配,调整加工工艺制得适于生产活性炭的石油焦。用扫描电镜研究石油焦的表面结构,得出石油焦的多孔结构依加工原油的物理、化学性质和制造工艺的不同而改变,表现在石油焦或石油焦颗粒的形状、孔隙大小、孔径分布及孔隙间层结构上。经过合理调配,使石油焦的孔隙结构趋于合理。
In this paper, using seven kinds of heavy oils from the petroleum processing industry (Dushanzi Branch oil refining factory and ethylene factory, China Petrechem. ) as feedstocks, the petroleum cokes, which was suitable for the preparation of activated carbon were obtained through allocating the coking raw materials and adjusting the processing technologic parameters. The morphologies of the cokes were observed by SEM. The results showed that the granular shape, pore diameter and distribution of the cokes were dependent upon the properties of the raw heavy oils and the preparation techniques By modification, the pore structure of petroleum coke is more suitable for the preparation of activated carbon.
