摘要
目的 探讨微型钢板内固定结合植骨治疗桡骨头颈部骨折的疗效。方法 采用微型钢板内固定结合植骨治疗桡骨头颈部骨折18例，按Mason分型：Ⅱ型11例，Ⅲ型7例。结果 随访6～28个月，根据Broberg和Morrey肘关节功能评分标准：优7例，良9例，中2例。结论 微型钢板内固定结合植骨是治疗桡骨头颈部骨折的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of fractures of head and neck of radius treated with mini-plate internal fixation and bone graft. Methods 18 cases of fractures of head and neck of radius were treated with mini-plate internal fixation and bone graft. According to Mason criterion ： Mason- Ⅱ in 11 cases, Mason-Ⅲ in 7 cases. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 28 months. According to Broberg and Morrey scale, the results were excellent in 6 cases, good in 9 and fair in 2. Conclusions It is an effective method for the treatment of fractures of head and neck of radius with mini-plate internal fixation and bone graft.
