股前外侧皮瓣修复小腿近中段创面的临床应用

Clinical application of anteriolateral femoral flap for repairing proximal and middle leg soft tissue defect

目的 探讨股前外侧皮瓣修复小腿近中段创面的临床效果。方法 应用股前外侧皮瓣血管与膝后血管吻合移植修复小腿近中段软组织缺损11例。结果 术后皮瓣均存活，随访5～16个月，外形满意和关节功能恢复良好。结论 利用受区膝后血管吻接进行皮瓣移植是修复小腿近中段创面的有效方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of anteriolateral femoral flap for repairing proximal and middle leg soft tissue defect. Methods 11 cases with proximal and middle leg soft tissue defects were repaired by anteriolateral femoral flap with posterior knee vascular anastomosis. Results All flaps survived. All cases were followed up for 5 - 16 months. The appearing and function recovery was satisfactory. Conclusions It is an effective way to repair proximal and middle leg soft tissue defect by anteriolateral femoral flap with posterior knee vascular anastomosis.
