摘要
目的:探讨输卵管积水的经阴道超声声像图鉴别诊断。材料和方法:将经手术和(或)病理确诊的30例输卵管积水与18例卵巢冠囊肿、16例盆腔包裹性积液的经阴道超声二维声像图进行对比研究。结果:输卵管积水、卵巢冠囊肿、盆腔包裹性积液均各具独特的超声表现。结论:经阴道二维超声有助于输卵管积水的鉴别诊断及临床治疗方案的确定。
To explore the differential diagnosis of transvaginal two - dimension ultrasonography on the hydrosalpinx. Materials and Methods： To examine the transvaginal ultrasonic images of hydrosalpinx, pelvic encapsulated fluid and paraovarian cysts, which were all confirmed by surgical evaluation or pathology. Compare with their characterization of two - dimension imaging. Results： Hydrosalpinx, pelvic encapsulated fluid and paraovarian cysts have their own typical ultrasonic images.Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasonography examination is turned out to be beneficial to hydrosalpinx＇ s differential diagnosis and the proper judgment on the treatment.
