分枝DNA原位杂交——一项新的基因检测技术 被引量:1

摘要 分枝DNA原位杂交(Branched DNA In Situ Hybridization.bDNA ISH)是新近发展起来的一项应用分枝DNA分析方法的原位杂交技术、可在组织和细胞水平上对特异基因进行亚细胞定位和一定水平的定量分析。该技术具有很高的灵敏度和特异性,不仅用于病毒DNA或RNA的检测,也可用于检测细胞内基因的表达水平,具有广阔的应用前景。
