核因子-κB与心肌缺血再灌注损伤 被引量:1

摘要 核因子-κB(NF-κB)是一种调控多种基因转录的关键因子,在许多疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。NF-κB的激活诱导多种炎性基因的表达,如粘附分子、细胞因子、化学趋化因子等基因的表达,而这些基因的异常表达与心肌缺血再灌注损伤关系密切。本文拟就NF-κB与心肌缺血再灌注损伤的关系作一综述。
