核因子-κB与经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术后再狭窄

摘要 目前认为核因子-κB是调节基因转录的关键因子,它的激活可能是经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术后再狭窄的重要分子机制,并与多种心血管疾病的发生与发展有关,其相关研究成为分子心脏病学的研究热点之一,本文就这方面的研究进展作一综述。
