心房颤动发生机制研究进展

摘要 心房颤动(AF)是最常见的心律失常,其发病率随年龄增长明显上升.在50岁以下人群,AF发病率为0.5%;在大于65岁的人群为3-5%;在80岁以上人群则高达10%[1].AF人群的心血管病死亡率比正常人群增加1倍,脑卒中发生率是窦性心律的4-7倍,AF还是75岁以上人群中缺血性中风的独立危险因素.除此之外AF可以导致其他重要器官栓塞和心力衰竭[1].
