干细胞和冠心病

摘要 干细胞是近几年研究的热点,尤其是干细胞在冠心病方面的应用研究有了较大突破,本文对干细胞的基本概念、调控、分离纯化、定向诱导以及胚胎干细胞与冠心病、骨髓干细胞与冠心病和其它成体干细胞与冠心病的关系进展进行了综述。
