摘要 系统生物学是在新技术革新中迅速发展起来的新兴领域,它融合了生物实验、理论分析预测和计算机建模三方面的成果,力图对生物体这一复杂体系进行定量的描述。在本文中,我们简要介绍了系统生物学的若干研究方向。同时,作为初步的“数据驱动”的研究,我们也讨论了对虚拟心脏工程的前瞻性看法。 Integrated with the knowledge from biological experiment, theoretical prediction and computer simulation, systems biology is a novel field in biology and rapidly progress with technical innovation. It makes an attempt to quantitatively describe living organisms. In this paper, we briefly reviewed several aspects of systems biology and at the same time discussed our perspective in heart in silico project as our initial approach to data-driven research.
