摘要
随着现代社会经济的不断发展,运动者的训练水平不断提高,运动者的健康意识也日益增强,竞技运动和日常运动已很普遍。运动者在运动前、运动中补水的意识很浅,即使补水也不科学,结果对运动者造成另一种伤害。通过收集多方面资料,提醒运动者在运动前、运动中要合理补水,以达到既出成绩又健康的目的。
With the development of modem society economy, sport training level has been increasingly enhanced and the athlete's healthy consciousness has become stronger and stronger. However, many athletes have little sense on supplying water before and during sport. Even he supplies water but not scientificly, as a result which can hurt him. This article, collecting various data, reminds the athlete how he can reasonably supply water before and during sport to keep healthy as well as attain the score.
