摘要
评述了兵器系统的评价现状，指出：运用生产阶段的评价规范于论证、研制阶段是不适宜的，评价的研讨、共识和规范化是亟待加强的过程。并给出了两种实用综合评价模型及它们在C^3I系统论证、研制阶段中的应用。
The paper appraises current situation in weapons system evaluation,and points out that it is not appropriate to apply evaluation standards for the production stage in the demonstration and development stage,and the study recognization and standardization of evaluation standards that ought to be emphasized urgently.The paper presents two useful comprehensive evaluation models and discusses their applications in C^3I systems.
