摘要
目的研究Mg^(2+)对神经细胞兴奋性氨基酸NMDA损伤的保护作用。方法采用原代培养的大鼠皮层神经细胞模型,给予NMDA直接损伤,加入不同浓度的Mg^(2+),测定神经细胞损伤MTT变化。结果Mg^(2+)对兴奋性氨基酸损伤保护作用在1.0~3.0mmol/L范围内存在,2.0mmol/L效果最好。结论在临床治疗中尽早使用镁剂,剂量根据脑脊液浓度尽快调整到2.0mmol/L保护作用最好。
Objective To investigate the neuroprotective effects of Mg^2+ on the damage by NMDA. Methods Using primary cultured rat cortical neurons, we observed the neuron changes in MTT damaged by NMDA and protective effects of Mg^2+ . Results The neuroprotective effect of Mg^2+ appeared when its strength was between 1.0 - 3.0 mmol/L and the effect was most effective when the strength was 2.0mmol/L. Conclusion We should use Mg^+ + early in clinic, and adjust its strength to 2.0mmol/L in brain cerebral fluid.
