肺癌纵隔淋巴结分期和活检 被引量：2

摘要 1942-1952年Paul Denoix建立了恶性肿瘤的TNM分期系统，1968年国际抗癌联盟（union intemationale contre de cancer，UICC）第1版恶性肿瘤TNM分期问世，后来TNM经过5次修改。1986年美国癌症联合会（American joint committee for cancer，AJCC）和UICC及来自德国、日本的代表制定了一个肺癌的ISS（intemational staging system）分期方案。现在广为应用的是1997年版ISS，
