摘要
某桥梁上使用的12mm 60Si2CrA热轧圆钢弹簧仅半个月即断裂失效。采用断口宏观观察、SEM分析和合金相分析等方法对其进行了断裂原因分析。结果表明,弹簧表面存在的加工缺陷,致使其在使用过程中因疲劳而断裂,疲劳核心在弹簧表面。
A round spring (Ф 12mm 60Si2CrA) used in a bridge was broken only used after half month. By means of fracture analysis. SEM and metallographic test, the research results showed that the broken mode is fatigue fracture which was the result of the spring surface defect.
