摘要 采用表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术研究了赤潮毒素麻痹性贝毒(PSP)的快速检测方法,分别采取固定化PSP抗体分子和PSP分子的方法,进行直接和间接检测溶液中PSP的含量,检测下限分别为70.2μg·L^-1(-235nmol·L^-1)和0.5μg·L^-1(-1.67nmol·L^-1),相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.2%~7.7%,同收率为101%~105%。检测方法的选择性好,样品、标准物和抗体的用量少,检测成本低,单个样品的测试时间不到10min,能够满足赤潮毒素的快速检测需求。 The concentration of the paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) was determined via the surface plasmon resonance technique. The chip immobilized by aati-PSP body or PSP is employed to determine the PSP concentration in the sample solution directly and indirectly, respectively. This method is of high specificity, convenience operation, high sensitivity, low consumption of the PSP and antibody, and low eost, as well. The response time is about 2 minutes, the limit of determination is about 70.2 μg· L^-1( - 235 nmol· L^ -1 ) and 0.5 μg· L^- 1 ( - 1.67 nmol· L^- 1), for direct and indirect test, respectivdy, the relative standard mean error (RSD) is 4.2% - 7 .7%, and the recover rate is 101% - 105%. The determination per sample is done about 10 min, which can meet the demands of the rapid monitoring for red tide.
