数字图书馆建设过程中,知识产权是无法回避的问题。本文针对数字图书馆建设过程中的信息资源采集、作品数字化和信息资源传递等所涉及的知识产权风险问题进行了分析和阐述,并就如何规避数字图书馆建设中的知识产权风险提出相应的策略。

The issue of intellectual property right is an evitable problem during digital library construction. This paper analyzes and expounds the following issues that involved in intellectual property right risk： information collection, digitization process and information transfer. It also puts forward some countermeasures to avoid such risk.
