论复合型图书馆建设中信息资源的“整合”、“规范”和“揭示”

复合型图书馆的核心是知识管理,本文以《南京地方法律法规数据库》的建设为例,探讨了公共图书馆的特色数据库建设过程中所遇见的“整合”、“规范”和“揭示”问题,从而论述了数据库建设中对知识管理理念的理解,指出复合型图书馆文献信息资源建设中的关键在于所管理的知识载体的整合、知识组织方式的规范控制以及知识内容主题的充分揭示。

Knowledge management is the core of compound libraries. This paper, taking the case of developing ＂database of Nanjing local laws and regulations＂, discusses those problems of integration, specification and revelation that appeared during the construction of special database in public libraries. It points out that the key of documentary resources construction of compound library is the knowledge integration, controlling of knowledge organization and fulfillment of subject revelation.
