摘要
根据吉林省经济发展和小康社会建设对人才的需要,我们运用统计学方法对全省人才供给与需求进行了调查统计分析,同时对吉林省人才供给和需求的基本趋势,作了科学的判断,总的来看的人才需求略大于供给,人才总量不足,特别是高层次人才不足是今后一个时期的首要问题,最后针对存在的问题,提出了对策和意见。
According to the talent need to Jilin's economy development and well-off society building, we use statistical methods to allow for the talent supply and demand's statistical analysis of the survey, in which a scientific judgment is made in the basic tendency. Generally speaking, the demand greater than supply, the shortage of trained personnel, especially high-level talent shortage is the most important issue for a time. Finally, the strategies and opinions are proposcd in view of the existing questions.
