摘要
依据基本断裂功理论,将聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅(PI/SiO2)无机杂化薄膜断裂功分为基本断裂功和塑性功,从断裂功与韧带长度关系得到了反映PI/SiO2断裂韧性的材料常数比基本断裂功,并通过实验,研究了不同SiO2含量对此薄膜断裂韧性参数的影响.
In this study, the method of essential work of fracture (EWF) was used for evaluation of the fracture toughness of PI/SiO2 hybrid films by experiment. The total work of fracture includes essential work of fracture and non-essential work of fracture, and the essential work of fracture can be deduced from the relationship of the total work of fracture versus the ligament length. By analyzing the experimental result, the influence of silica doping level on the fracture toughness of films was given.
