实验室安全是高等学校实验室建设、发展与良性运行的基础。文章探讨了在高等学校实验室工作跨越式发展形势下，实验室安全方面面临的部分新问题，提出构建实验室安全体系，强化管理措施，以保障教学科研的良性运行。

In order to ensure the laboratory safety during teaching and research in the university, establishing an integrated safety system of management is most important. With the rapid development of high education, some new safety problems are faced in the university laboratory. In this paper, an integrated safety system of management and the strengthened measures are presented.
